1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing, registering an account on, or subscribing to TheProfitGuru (theprofitguru.in), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and our SEBI Statutory Disclaimer. If you do not agree to every clause herein, you must immediately discontinue your use of this service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age and legally competent to enter into a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. By subscribing, you represent and warrant that you are capable of assuming all financial risks associated with stock trading.
3. Paid Subscription & Access Licensing
TheProfitGuru operates exclusively on a Direct Paid Subscription model. Account registration provides access to our algorithmic analysis software only upon successful purchase or renewal of an active subscription plan. Access is granted on a limited, personal, non-exclusive, revocable, and non-transferable basis. Subletting, sharing login credentials, or mirroring our data streams is strictly prohibited and subject to immediate account termination without refund.
4. Nature of Service: Educational Analytical Tool
You acknowledge and agree that TheProfitGuru is a software analytics tool that computes algorithmic metrics using publicly available historical market data. The service does not provide investment tips, wealth management, portfolio recommendations, or buy/sell execution instructions. All decisions made based on software data are solely at your own risk.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
All algorithmic models, formulas, source code, logos, visual layouts, indicators, and software architecture are the exclusive intellectual property of TheProfitGuru. Unauthorized scraping, reverse-engineering, commercial distribution, or automated crawling of our APIs is strictly illegal under the Information Technology Act, 2000.
6. Indemnification & Jurisdiction
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TheProfitGuru, its developers, directors, and administrators from any claims, losses, liability, or expenses arising from your trading activities or breach of these terms. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts in Maharashtra, India.
